Mike is a founding partner of Ad Valorem Specialists. His background includes
Commercial Real Estate and Land Development. Mike also holds a Texas Real
Estate Broker License.
Mike graduated from Schreiner University with a Bachelor of Arts Business Administration degree in 2001. He went on to work with Brinkman Commercial Properties in Kerrville, Texas. Shortly after, he moved his main focus from real estate to land development and created Newgate Development Company, which specializes in the rural development of the Texas Hill Country.
Mike is happily married with two children. Along with spending time with his family, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, and fishing.
