Between 1989 and 1997, his appraisal experience included suburban and downtown offices, apartment communities, hotels, convenience stores, retail shopping centers, office warehouses, manufacturing facilities, land tracts, and several types of special purpose properties. Following his appraisal career, Mike spent eight years with Cullen/Frost Bankers as Vice President of Real Estate Lending.
Over the years, Mike has served on several boards and committee's including member chapters of the Appraisal Institute, Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals, Rotary Club of San Antonio, Bexar Land Trust, Youth Education Foundation Scholarship Program, and the First Presbyterian Church. A native of Uvalde, Texas, he and his wife, Shannon, are blessed with four children.
Mike Beasley, President, Ad Valorem Specialists, obtained a Master's Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University (1991), and a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Angelo State University (1989). In addition, he earned the Appraisal Institute's prestigious MAI designation in 1994. Mike is a Registered Property Tax Consultant with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
