Wick Comegys - Partner
In January of 2009, Wick Comegys and partners founded Ad Valorem Specialists
L.L.C., a property tax consulting company. Wick earned a BBA from Schreiner
University in Kerrville, Texas (1998) and holds a real estate broker license.
He has spent the last 5 years of his career in the areas of raw land holdings, industrial buildings, storage buildings, and lot development, where he gained much of his real estate experience. In October 2001, Wick started and currently runs the real estate magazine Homes and Land of the Highland Lakes, and in November 2002, used his expertise to launch the Homes and Land of the Greater San Antonio Area which he sold in 2005. Wick also has extensive experience in the field of golf. Wick played college golf at Midland Jr. College from 1992-1994. From 1996 to 1999 he was the assistant golf professional at Riverhills Country Club in Kerrville, Texas; and from 1999 to 2001 played professionally on the mini tour in Florida.
Wick is married with three children and currently lives in Boerne, Texas.
